Can i tell me how i can clear up redness and scabbing from poison ivy?

Steroid: You need to first clean up everything which could possibly touched the ivy resin with detergent (yes and that includes your shoes). Then apply topical Hydrocortisone ointment or cream several times a day to reduce the inflammation. When the involvement is extensive, you may need to take a course of oral cortisone. Be sure that the rash has not been infected from your scratching.
