How can you know if you have celiac disease?

Testing: There are blood tests to screen for the disease, but they are not yet considered accurate enough to make a diagnosis. A small bowel biopsy is the definitive diagnosis. Visit celaiac disease foundation celiac.Org.

Food sensitivity lab: In addition to traditional diagnostic procedures you can also get a food sensitivity test. You may not have full blown celiac but you can certainly be sensitive gluten and other foods and a lab such as great plains lab (no connection) has an easy finger stick dry blood spot scientific test. Peace and good health.
