Food sensitivity lab: In addition to traditional diagnostic procedures you can also get a food sensitivity test. You may not have full blown celiac but you can certainly be sensitive gluten and other foods and a lab such as great plains lab (no connection) has an easy finger stick dry blood spot scientific test.
