Treatment is usually by avoiding foods with gluten.

Celiac Disease: Celiac disease is an auto-immune IgA antibody problem where your own antibodies are attacking the enzymes that break down the products of gluten. It is not a food allergy! that is why mayo clinic labs check IgA levels before even running the other tissue specific tests.
