There isn't one: depending on whether you are in a closed space. If you are outdoors, you are little effected by second-hand smoke unless you are literally on top of the smoker, but indoors, the particulate matter will diffuse into the air of any connected space. This is why separate rooms for smokers and non-smokers in restaurants etc. don't work unless they are completely non-connected.
