See a dermatologist: Maybe it is stress. Maybe you react to Aspirin or other med taken at times of stress. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is a poor antihistamine and acts for only a few hours. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is used as a sleeping pill: you must not drive after taking it. Much better for hives are zyrtec, claratin, Allegra (get the generic) which are more effective ; safer. Homeopathy ; acupressure are strictly placebos.
