Topical Steroids: Avoid long hot showers and harsh and drying cleansers. Apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream. Use at least twice a day. For eczema flares, apply OTC or prescription strength corticosteroid ointments to problem areas twice a day until clear depending on severity. See an Allergist or Dermatologist is symptoms persist
