Unlikely: Wheezing can be a symptom of a serious respiratory condition such as asthma. The best current treatment for wheezing associated with asthma is inhaled medications such as albuterol for quick relief and inhaled steroid for daily long term controller. I'm not aware of eating pigeon as a form of treatment.
