Heat Sensitivity: Could be due to heat sensitivity

Skin sensitivity: I do not know for sure, but if you are going from the outside hotter temperature to the inside cooler temps, your blood vessels with constrict as you go form hot to cold and may be causing a sensitivity reaction in your skin that causes an itchy feeling. If sever, check with your Family Doc, best wishes.
