Migraine ?: Migraine with neck triggers. Usually is one-sided, mostly in women and associated with blurred vision, tinnitus, lacrimation, sensitivity to light/noise, nausea and neck/arm pain. At this point if the headache >14 days/month is considered episodic and easier to manage. Se your headache specialist for evaluation and preventative treatment.
