Not likely : Depends on what you were doing before the facial. Usually a facial will be soothing--unless activity was over-aggressive.

Doubt it: You would have to do a self evaluation if your tmj/tmd gets worse after a facial, but i doubt it.

Definitely, no: Temporo-mandibular disorder is the second most frequent cause of orofacial pain after dental pain. TMD can be divided into disorders related to the muscles of mastication and those emanating from the TMJ. Facial can not be a cause for TMD.
