Chipped teeth: Front or back teeth? Teeth with or without fillings? There are several possibilities. If you grind or clench your teeth, it will eventually lead to worn and chipped teeth. If you have large fillings, the teeth around the fillings may chip over time. Some teeth with large fillings develop fractures which give way over time. This is especially true if you grind or clench. See your dentist for exam.
