"Why" needs eval: Obsession of any sort needs evaluation and rx. This is not a dental problem, it's a mental health problem. Please ask your physician for referral to psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.

There isn't enough: Information provided to understand what your obsession is. Does this mean you look at your teeth a great deal of time because you like the way they look?
