"Why" needs eval: Obsession of any sort needs evaluation and rx. This is not a dental problem, it's a mental health problem. Please ask your physician for referral to psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.

There isn't enough: Information provided to understand what your obsession is. Does this mean you look at your teeth a great deal of time because you like the way they look? Does it mean that you brush them excessively? Do you fret ; worry about the health or appearance of your teeth? If you can clarify this, we may be able to be of more assistance. Take care.
