Drug store: You will be better off using a higher concentration product that is in a gel form. You can get that from your dentist.

3% Hydrogen Peroxide: I don't recommend that you try to bleach your teeth on your own with homemade concoctions or even otc 3% hydrogen peroxide (found at supermarkets and pharmacies). There are more effective methods and you should be examined for cavities, gum problems, etc. Prior to any bleaching technique. Your dentist can steer you in the right direction and advise what makes sense for your circumstances.
