No telling: The average age of wisdom teeth erupting is around 18-21. It can vary greatly. My son needed his out at 15. I have had patients that had them starting to come through at 40. Many variable like teeth crowding, loss of another tooth, bite changes, dental procedures can all influence wisdom teeth to come in at different times.

Variable: Usually by age 21. Can occur much later. Young adults in mid teens should have wisdom teeth assessed by oral surgeon. Problems later can be prevented by timely removal of wisdom teeth when indicated.
