It could: mean that you have Raynaud's Disease... This is a severe constriction of blood vessels due to cold. There are also blood substances called "cold agglutinins" which lead to blood clotting in response t the cold> Hope this information is helpful but it sounds lie you need to discuss these findings with your physician!
