Are you eating acid: Acidic foods such as lemons can cause this and grinding your teeth in your sleep will double the amount of wear.

Tooth erosion: First, find out the cause of your tooth erosion. Hi acidic sports drinks? Other? Areas of erosion can be filled in with tooth colored composites. Discuss cause and treatment with a dentist who can take a full medical and dental history and personally examine you.

Tooth erosion: usually is caused by excessive soft drink consumption, dry mouth or GERD. Treatment of tooth enamel loss depends on the problem. See your dentist and PCP for evaluation and tests.
