Sorry, no remedy: Lets start from the beginning; when was your last cleaning at a dentist's office? If it was more than 6 months, you must be seen by a dentist to have any surface stains and calculus removed. Then you you can try otc gels to give you the shiny white you desire. No magic here.. You need professional help first.
