Someone else: If someone else not you is having a heart attack, mobilize the ems. A person will first complain of the classic symptoms of chest pressure, cold sweats, sob , and radiation of pain and all other symptoms. By that time that person would have probably taken all the ntg sublingual and the aspirin, and what's left is go to hospital. Gather all meds, know allergy as the person may not be able to tell.
