Get it checked: We do not know if you are being treated for the ear infection or not and what kind of ear infection you have and what kind of weird headache you are having if not done consult your doctor, as it is not unusual to have co existing sinus infection, which may be causing headache or the ear infection itself can cause headache.So get it checked, meanwhile tale some over the counter pain killer for pain.
