Give it time: The very hot water, at a minimum, has inflamed the nerves in the affected teeth. You will need to monitor the situation very closely. By all means, do not eat anything hot or cold for the next two to three weeks... Only temperate foods. Allow the nerves to calm down and heal. If the problem persists, you may need root canal therapy.
