Sensodyne : Sensitivity to thermal especially cold , if it is localized to one tooth is one situation . But if it is generalized . It is a different situation all together .. You should get a checkup to determine the reason . Youight be a bruxer or you clench your teeth . They could lead to generalized sensitivity to cold . Anyways the checkup will determine the reason . use sensodyne tooth paste.

Find out why: You need to find out why this is occurring. Diet, grinding your teeth, too abrasive toothpaste, scrubbing the teeth front to back, poor bite? May want to try a potassium Nitrate toothpaste like Synsadyne or Use a remineralizing toothpaste like Tooth Builder or ClinPro 5000. Nothing works unless you identify the cause of what's causing this.'
