Please can you suggest a way to whiten my teeth normally?

Whitening products: I do not know of a way to abnormally whiten teeth, so i guess professionally applied or otc products would do the trick.

There are no effective ways to whiten your teeth without the "normal" whitening methods and products used by dentists for this purpose.
