Extraction: The tooth will need to be extracted, asap. Please see an oral surgeon soon. Otc pain meds can help for a very short time.

See a dentist: Most of otc meds , home remedies and even proscription pain meds.Well have little or no effect, since he has an exposed nerve in the center of that root, you need to have it extracted asap
