Enamel loss: See a dentist who can examine you. Whatever is causing the enamel loss (bruxism, erosions, other?) if left unchecked will, i assume continue. Your dentist can advise you how best to stop this and make your teeth look better.

Tooth enamel: See your dentist and determine what is causing your enamel loss. Could be diet, bite, grinding, habits or other things. Once you know the cause your dentist will help you find a way to protect your teeth for the future. And possible help make your teeth look better.
