Most likely...: What described, most likely, is angiokeratoma of penis - asymptomatic, violaceous, smooth, small red/purple papules, has no clinical significance, and may be rid with laser for cosmetic, not medical necessity. So, leave them alone if much like what described above. Due to no direct look at them, an accurate Dx couldn't be certain; if in doubt, see Doc timely.
