Ibuprofen: For pain, Ibuprofen 600mg every 4-6 hours. However, this will only mask the symptoms. Visit your dentist to get evaluated. You don't want it to get worse!

You can't: Treating an infection is not a diy project. Analgesics and antibiotics will only dull the symptoms, not cure your problem. The infection is spreading to your airway which can be life threatening. Please call your dentist immediately, before you wind up in the er..
