CDH: Sounds like a chronic daily headache. The term was created by clinicians to describe the daily or near-daily headache. The first step in diagnosing cdh is to evaluate for a secondary cause of the headache. Next, it is to determine whether the headache is associated with acute medication overuse. Most cdh patients also have a family history of anxiety and depression. Please, see headache specialist.
