Several ways: Excess fiber in relation to your fluid intake will lead to bloating. Some foods produce a lot of gas so i would reduce legumes and leafy vegetables. Reduce carbonation and don't use straws as this leads to increased swallowing of gas and thus bloating. But increased fluids and not going overboard on fiber is the best solution. 80-100 oz caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily.
