Bleaching teeth: Nothing in this life is permanent. Avoiding foods and drinks that stain teeth( coffee, tea, blueberries, cherries, curry, etc ) is the best way to have the results last longer.

Death ; Taxes: The only two things that are permanent. You'll need to re-whiten your teeth every now and then since they will continue staining.

Not permanent: Neither are other forms of tooth whitening. Toothpaste works by removing surface stain, strips slightly change underlying tooth color, Dentist controlled whitening is most effective. Suggest first have your teeth cleaned and whitened by your Dentist, then use strips and whitening toothpaste to prolong the effects of the professional whitening. Also avoid coffee, tea, red wine, tomato sauce, etc
