Was wondering if a person has ulcers..and if he kisses will it be dangerous because of fluids from ulcers?

If by "ulcers": you mean stomach ulcers...kissing will not endanger the "kissee" If you mean mouth ulcers...these may be viral and should be treated before kissing! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
