Heat,etc: Neck muscle spasms generally respond best w/ heat , massage and possibly a muscle relaxant. Nsaids might be helpful temporarily. If they perist i would encourage u to see your pcp or ors for evaluation and the reason why your spasms are occurring.

Ive gotten botox in neck (SCM) for several years. Also have been sedentary for 6ish years. Trying to start running, but afterwards my neck muscles are shot. Can I gain strength in neck muscles over time even with botox treatment? Will it improve?
