Overwear : See your eye md for an exam. Your contact lenses may be too tight causing corneal irritation, ; thus, sensitivity to light, pain, and blurry vision. It's best to take them out and wear your glasses until your eyes are examined. Last thing you need is an infection.

See a doctor: I would see an ophthalmologist and get a good exam and let them see what is going on.
