Ecchymosis: Bruising is normal after surgical procedures. Wait 6 weeks and see how your nose looks. If he is a good plastics you will look great.

Bruise: Could be a bruise or mild vascular insufficiency. If your surgeon thinks it will be fine it should be. Protect your nose from cold while it is healing and follow your doctors suggestions. Keep all of your follow up appointments and best wishes.

Likely a bruise: Bruising after revision rhinoplasty can occasionally take several weeks to completely resolve. Blood supply to the skin of the nasal tip can be somewhat impaired after multiple surgery, but generally recovers over time. Follow your doctor's instructions.
