Impossible: I am sorry to report that you did not include even one piece of information about her sexual or menstrual or ovulatory history. But, that does not matter much. We now live in a world where guessing is no longer required to diagnose pregnancy. Once a period is delayed it is time to get a pregnancy test. Tests now are very accurate as long as they are not done too early. It is time to test.
