Yes.: Injury to the knee and stiffness, that is inability to or refusal to bend the knee with swelling could be due to fracture of any of the 4 bones there, bleeding in the joint, meniscus or ligament tear. Or just inflammation. Better have it looks at, get an xr if needed and be treated appropriately.
