A member asked:

Is bacofen good to take for trilgelmial nerugia along with gabapintin and dilanta ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

May be useful: Have found Baclofen to be handy as a second or third line drug in those who have not readily responded to the initial meds. Find both Gabapentin and Lyrica (pregabalin) to be of great value, but never use Dilantin for trigeminal neuralgia. If you must use an archaic drug, might choose tegretal or trileptal, but i really am concerned about side effect tolerance with these, but they do work.
