How do i get rid of trapped gas? i ate a couple hershey kisses & got gas pains. i took 3 gas x & it got better but now i have this constant cramping in the stomach for over 4 hours. when i push in on my stomach the cramping pain gets worse?

As we in Medicine say it should all pass. ;-) I would not eat kisses again unless you want to test to see if that is the cause. Review what else you ate in last 24 hours that might be new. Ask is anyone else in your house has same thing. Or others you dined with in the last 24 hours.
