Lung fibrosis: Lung fibrosis at 25 is not a common disease. Treatment will depend on the cause of your fibrosis.

Linear fibrosis?: You probably mean linear fibrosis or scar or atelectasis read in and xr or ct scan. The concern would be more why the imaging was done. In all likelihood it meant nothing but worry more about the working diagnosis.
