Whats the treatment of high pulmonary pressure due to apical lung fibrosis ? no heart failure yet?

Just apical fibrosis is unlikely to cause pulmonary hypertension. You may wish to consult a pulmonologist to get an accurate diagnosis. Wish you good health!

The only reliable way to diagnose the presence and accurate degree of pulmonary hypertension is with a right sided cardiac catheterization. Only then can a pulmonologist decide whether the pulmonary hypertension needs treatment and it's also important to determine whether you have interstitial lung disease that requires treatment.
