ER's are tuned to: Look for an emergency condition..... If heart palpitations are your concern then an er will evaluate this for any emergent cause and address that. If no emergency condition exist they will refer yo to a cardiologist. Headaches are a similar but different evaluation. Zofran (ondansetron) does have some cardiac potential side effects.
