A member asked:

Why in the nursing manuals is klonopins (clonazepam) half life listed from 18-50...why such a big variance?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

People differ: Good question. People differ in the rate that they absorb, break down [metabolize] and excrete the break down products [metabolites] of klonopin (clonazepam). All this leads to variation in the time it takes Klonopin (clonazepam) to leave the body from the time the pill is swallowed.
