Many reasons: Could be related to carbohydrate intake, constipation, irritable bowel, and a lot of other reasons. In the case of irritable bowel, a high fiber diet might be beneficial. Try increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables to 5-7 fresh servings a day. Also increase your fluid intake as well. If it persists contact your physician.
