Many things: Be sure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet. Try reading before bed. Don't go to bed on a full stomach or if you're starving. If all else fails, it's safe to use Diphenhydramine ("benadryl") 50 mg at bedtime but try not to use it every night or it will lose its effectiveness.
