A member asked:

Is it necasry to withdraw enalapril in less dry cough?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Enalapril=cough: Enalapril often causes a tickly throat and cough that just won't go away until you stop enalapril. There's no way to be sure if Enalapril is the cause - you must stop the drug and wait for the cough to go away. Then if you restart the drug and the cough immediately returns, you know for sure it was enalapril.
