Something's changed: Hard to say what but something has changed to make it newly uncomfortable to sleep on your stomach. Perhaps increased or decreased weight is the cause. Perhaps an injury to your back or hips. Is the liver, gall bladder or pancreas inflamed? Are you still smoking cigarettes? Are you restless? Good health practices will make for better sleep hygiene and restfulness.
