RLQ Pain: The monthly occurrence of your right lower quadrant pain makes it unlikely that it is appendicitis. It sounds more like gyn pain that is associated with your menstrual cycle.

Right quadrant pain: You may have an ovarian cyst since it seems to be cyclical.
