Constipation: If you have abdominal pain and bleeding after stool, you probably have a constipation problem. Hard stool can cause intestinal problems from abdominal gas. When you pass the stool, it may stretch the anus and cause small tearing, resulting in blood on the tissue increase fiber, drink more fluids, and have regular bathroom habits to prevent this problem. If it persists, see your doctor.
