A member asked:

What kind of complications will you have with pregnancy if your appendix exploded inside your body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hopefully none: Having a previous ruptured appendix is a risk factor for tubal blockage and therefore, infertility, but most women with that history do not have trouble getting pregnant. Any future abdominal procedures (including a cesarean section) would be higher risk for complications due to potential scar tissue inside your tummy.
