Stimulants.....: Can aggravate anxiety and depression too. You may get a better result if you ask your doctor about a "non-stimulant" for adhd, such as strattera, intuniv, kapvay, or wellbutrin (bupropion) ( preferably the xl). Assuming the Celexa is a good choice for you, you could leave that as is. Also to consider is that withdrawal from Lorazepam leaving your system can also cause anxiety and make you feel worse.

Strattera (atomoxetine): I would use strattera instead of vyvanse. If strattera is not enough then you could augment with intuniv. Another option and additional possibility would be to use Lexapro (escitalopram) which actually works in anxiety as opposed to celexa, which does not work in anxiety. That way, you might not need Lorazepam at all. Best wishes and please run this by your family doctor or psychiatrist, whichever is treating you.
