A member asked:

My body is producing to much insulin because of a pituitary tumor i had removed. what can i take to reduce my insulin levels. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Inconsistent info: Pituitary does not produce insulin. There is perhaps some mis-understanding about your hormone levels. To have had surgery, you obviously have a doctor who knows your health history and if would be prudent to discuss the matter with her/him.
